110% of estimated construction costs per permit, with a minimum of $5,000.00 (Lee County Administrative Code AC-11-12, Sec. VII.A-B). Communications-facility placement uses the same 110%-or-$5,000-whichever-greater basis. The County Engineer may require additional surety for open-cut/high-impact work.
