Filed with the Plumbing Licensing Unit, with the surety filing a copy of the bond. A corporate surety bond may be accepted from any surety authorized to do business in Oklahoma and continues until thirty days after the Bonds and Insurance Unit is notified of cancellation. Ask the Unit which form it wants before purchasing, because the cash and certificate-of-deposit routes are administered by the same office and satisfy the same subsection. Whichever is filed, the consequence of letting it lapse is the same and it is immediate: the license goes inactive on expiry rather than after a grace period.
