Filing
Deposited with the Lummi Tribal Sewer and Water District as a condition of your licence as a side sewer or water line contractor on the Lummi Reservation. The District sets the amount at $10,000 and its code requires a surety bond approved by the Board — no cash or letter-of-credit substitute is published for the contractor bond. The surety must appear on the U.S. Treasury Circular 570 list and be authorised to transact business in Washington.
