Term: Released at the City Engineer’s discretion once the permit is finaled and closed and a maintenance bond is provided. If no maintenance bond is provided it continues in force for two years after the city accepts the work.
Renewal: Per-permit. The surety may not cancel or let it expire during the required period except on at least thirty days' prior written notice by certified mail.
