Bond amount

A bidder files either (1) a bid guaranty bond for the full amount of the bid, or (2) a certified check, cashier’s check, or letter of credit equal to ten per cent of the bid (ORC 153.54(A)). The bid-bond penal sum equals the full bid amount.
