Set at the amount of the contract (100% of the contract price). ORC 153.54(C)(1) requires ’a bond for the amount of the contract’ that indemnifies the owner against failure to perform AND pays all lawful claims of subcontractors, material suppliers, and laborers (Ohio ’Little Miller Act’ — one bond, both functions).
